Caron Proschan, is the founder of New York-based Simply Gum. She launched Simply Gum in 2013, when she struggled to find a natural chewing gum. Unlike the 80+ synthetic ingredients which make most of the commercially available gum, simply gum contains only a few ingredients: chicle, organic cane sugar, organic vegetable glycerin, organic rice flour, and natural flavor. Simply Gum is now the top seller on Amazon in the chewing gum category.
